Beautiful Williamsburg

As the city evolves and Williamsburg becomes even more trendy than it is now, people (especially people in New York) will be more conscious about the quality of living as well as the quality of people in their surrounding and their aesthetics. My community will be one that is genetically-filtered, so that only the high-income, intelligent, and good-looking people will be qualified to live there. Residents will have to pass a background-check as well as an IQ exam during the selection interview. They will have to be perceived as good-looking and fashionably dressed, following a certain body-type and be conscious of their appearance at all times. Aesthetics will be important both in the way people appear as well as in every aspect of the architecture and the commerce and activities that occupy it. The quality of the occupants will be under constant monitor and evaluation such that once they vier off the standards they will be dismissed from the community. This is to ensure that everyone is always surrounded only by the affluent, smart, and beautiful.

This will be loosely similar to the genetically controlled society as seen in the movies Gattaca, Brave New World, and Blade Runner where babies are created in test tubes from carefully selected genetic specimens, just not quite as creepy.
